Frédéric Claudel - Chef of Fauchon L'Hôtel Paris
Originally from Bourgogne, a region renowned worldwide for its vineyards but also for its refined gastronomy, it is naturally that Frédéric Claudel goes to the trades of the restoration.
Past in starred restaurants such as "The Laurent", "The Princes of the Hotel Georges V" or "The Ambassadors of the Hotel Crillon", he trained with the best chefs in France. In 1997 he joined the kitchens of the "Elysée du Vernet", where he discovered his taste for the work of seafood. In 2006, he took the reins of the Senderes restaurant alongside Chef Banctel, and managed to win 2 Stars in the Michelin Guide, ranking the restaurant as one of the best Parisian restaurants. Between 2010 and 2014 he joined Le Shangri-La and directed the brigade of La Bauhinia, before moving to the restaurant Les Ombres.
Frédéric Claudel decides to put all his experiences at the service of the most beautiful terrace of Paris at the Grand Café Fauchon, where he proposes a cuisine of elegance, chic and Parisian, worked exclusively with seasonal products that he enjoys to transform, while mixing precision and astonishment, associating the products of the sea and the earth, thus offering to your taste buds a kitchen which belongs only to him.
Frédéric Claudel also works in close collaboration with the Chefs of Fauchon, Sébastien Monceaux and François Daubinet. Together, they will offer contemporary, authentic and gourmet cuisine.
